Neon Law is a boutique law firm that practices estate planning and corporate counsel — and nothing else. We don't take litigation matters; if you need a courtroom, we'll refer you to someone good at it.

Every engagement is priced as a flat fee before we start. Wills and trusts, formation packages, ongoing corporate services on a monthly retainer — you know what the work costs, then we do the work.

The Neon Law Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run independently of the firm, focused on open-source legal software and attorney CLEs.
